Bike Accident on 25th
-
lmao, thanks Hjermstad...
I was the one that posted about the girl running home...It is COMPLETELY hearsay and I stated it as that...I consider the source to be decently reliable, however it may be exaggerated(you know how gossip at the office flows...). The guy knew the girls name and all the girls names in the car(well atleast it seemed, he could make up names and it wouldn't make a difference to me lol), as it appeared to be his kids friend.

I'm sure if he was on two wheels going near the speed limit this wouldn't be a thread even. No accident

Try 80mph in 1st gear. On a new sport bike it's cake to do an 80mph wheelie, pop the clutch and you're up, 80 comes as fast as you can twist the throttle.Yes. I know. I was just trying to get them to see that the road couldn't have been all that busy. I've seen plenty of wheelies and it does take quite a bit of room to ride out a wheelie.

OMG, some of you are getting so butt hurt about this. OH NOES DONT TALK BAD ABOUT THE BIKER! when he was the ONLY one doing something OBVIOUSLY dangerous and illegal.your all hell bent obsessed with try to come up with ways that its her fault and your getting carried away. it went from maybe she shouldnt be driving that car to " shes inexperienced , waaay to youmg, prolly texting, all of a sudden she has a car full of freinds, and she was distracted" not of that has been proven or even mention officially.
who cares the actual mph he was going its the fact that he HAD to accelerate quickly to put it on one wheel, no how is she really supposed to expect and compensate for him accelerating that way? i have planty of driving experience and wouldnt be able to judge where that bike was going to be.
reshuaganel(sp?) twisted angel, link , your all making such ridiculous accusations all i can do is laugh. use some common sense and pull your heads out of your asses
I want to know how you know that she was already in the street when he went up. How do you know that she didn't pull out in front of him thinking that she had time to get across the street? I'm just wondering.
I'm not getting all hell bent about this, I just hate the fact that everyones so quick to blame the biker. -

thus proving my theory that she prolly thought she PLENTY of room to turn out but he thought he needed to do a wheelie and impress all the ricer fanbois! and came on her alot faster than she expected. now where in your drivers handbook is the section for that?

(you being the professional should know you need to get on it a "little" to put it up) and prolly didnt take much time to cover some space. its very easy to understand why should would pull out, if you take your logic away from trying to add 6 or 7 very extreme circumstances against her.

Touché. I think a lot of good arguments have been made about the entire situation. Now we just have to wait for the wonderful Fargo PD (or whoever is handling it) to figure their shit out before we find out the truth of the matter.

at least twisted angel can admit to a good point made against her. link and reshgagler just start e-thuggin making no sense at all. lol, flex nuts boys, flex nuts

K, I just got done reading all 18 pages.
My thoughts: The rider should've known better. Sorry to hear that he's dead, but seriously. Doing a wheelie at 6PM in town. Yes, there is an inherent risk when you ride a motorcycle, but every rider should know and accept that. If they can't, then they do not need to ride. PERIOD.
It's one thing to have a vehicle pull out in front of you in town. But it completely changes the subject matter when you're on your back wheel and your nose facing the sky because YOU made the choice to put yourself in that spot.
Chalk this one up to natural selection, I suppose.
Oh, and reshgag-on-cock or whatever your name is. I know you always play the rider's advocate, but sometimes, you just gotta accept that the rider MIGHT ACTUALLY be in the wrong.

Can I ask why I am tagged as a cunt now? :icon_scratch: Everyone here is entitled to their own opinion, but I'm labeled a cunt for mine?
-
Wasnt me that labeled it but people get carried away with anonymity and start talking out of their asses
i tagged jn210 a worthless fuck once ( or i think it was me) and that may have been a little harsh

No worries. It's just that I'm not a cunt. I'm a bitch. Get it right boys.

From what I recall happening:He came off of a red light going north....he was in the front of that line of vehicles....his lane was fairly clear, hence the reason the SUV driver pulled out....not expecting him to be trying to set a new 1/4 mile trap speed record. I don't hate the fact that he rode a wheelie. I don't hate the fact that he was speeding. I do hate that he affected not only his own life, but those around him as well.
I don't hate him...he's dead, too late for that. I just hope that OTHERS can learn from his stupid mistake.
+1 I agree with Chuck.
