Bike Accident on 25th

oh no. a caddy. it's sound proof.
If the music was to loud, she was distracted. She can't hear whats going in the surroundings.
Driving isn't all about visually seeing everything that is happening in front of you, you need to hear as well. In this case, maybe hearing could have saved a life.

Can I prove she did something wrong? NoIt can go either way.
Sad thing is all you morons are taking this so fucking serious. Twisted and I are laughing on MSN at you morons who are so die hard at trying to flame us.
No I can't prove whatever she was doing. Why do you think I put "what you said", you, you as in Links that came up with the list of possibilities what the girl was doing, then you pretty much guaranteed she was doing one of those, I can go back and fish it up if you want.Sad thing is, is that you lost this battle and now youre trying to make it look like we dont have lives, friends, jobs whatever.

lol damn those high quality cars that block road noise! if they were smart they would have known that they should be "listening" to the speed of the bike coming directly at it. section 2a.3 in the drivers handbook.

ugh. so now its her fault.but then its the bikers
but now its hers
but now its the bikers.
Your argument is like me going out and buying last weeks winning lottery ticket...then going in and saying I won...but I didnt, but I did last week, but Im not getting any money, but i have the winning #'s!, but its too late, but im still technically a winner right? No.

You still have yet to prove to my why she wasn't able to hear him. If she did hear him, then why did she go? so obviously she didnt hear him.
and no, it's not because it's a caddy. because she probably wasn't paying attention. Just like most 15 yr old inexperienced drivers dont.

where in there did i say it was her fault? i simply said "An accident could have been prevented". where is that putting the blame on her? It isn't.

holy shit i just read 38 pages of the same argument lol. and just for that i suppose i'll throw my two cents in here too.
i have friends with fast cars and i have friends with fast bikes. I can think of many instances in which i was also in the car/on the bike when they'll do a few rippers down the road or around a corner and i'm pretty sure each person knows the consequences of what can happen when driving/riding stupidly but thats not the first thing you think of is it? i've ridden a wheelie, without a helmet (stupid i know), and yes i know the fatal consequences of it and as stupid as it may be i wouldnt want anyone to feel bad for my mistake but i also wouldnt want people blaming me for it after i died. so yes it was a dumb decision and poor judgement in the bikers part for throwin up a wheelie on 25th st during late rush hour and in turn he died because of it. but i dont think going as far as to say he deserved to die for being stupid would be appropriate.
now there are a lot of what if's, as well as a lot of details i'm sure we dont even know cuz we werent there, but by blaming one side or the other and stereotyping people for other peoples mistakes really doesnt make the situation any better. just be glad it wasn't one of us.
and wow that girl is somethin else! according to you guys she's a 15yr old rich, spoiled girl who was in her daddy's caddy, cruisin around with her friend, listening to loud music while texting. well that explains everything. her fault for sure... or maybe we should wait for more facts and quit throwin shit out that we have NO IDEA about before we decide to blame everything on her..?

Not sure I said any of that. Your reading comprehension is lacking. Go back and finish school. It will help.

i'm older than 15 and can honestly say that i'm not an attentive driver 100% of the time so i dont think driving experience is the only factor here..

I'm not losing as I'm having fun. Maybe Parker and I can have a chat again tonight and laugh at how you fuckers keep going while I'm just sitting here havin' fun.
Sparco,
I think a 40 yr old would look in the direction that he hears a loud ass noise coming from to make sure he is safe to turn into the street. I do have hold my ground on believing that age and inexperience has SOMETHING to do with this, whether it is a small amount, or a large amount. You may not be "an attentive driver 100% of the time", but I'm pretty sure you would be able to hear a rocket coming down the road and would have enough brain power to realize it may be your best bet to wait for the idiot to go passed before you go into the street.Spanish, go get a job or something so you can save up 40 dollars so you don't have to dodge P10 next year.

LOL GET A JOB.... LOL.
come on man. you think im not having fun proving you wrong? this is the best day at WORK yet hahaha.
