I know very little. Just have seen many well set up civics. AEM runs an S2k for a drift car, RSR used to not sure if they still do, I think thats about it though.

Crazy civic drifting can be found here. LOL.

If civics were such bad platforms you wouldn't see the demand or the aftermarket support they have. what company is going to do R&D for a platform that won't be used or perform poorly. Civics miatas and S2Ks are all good platforms.

um because civics are a dime a dozen, cheap to mod, and all the riceboys want them......

how many S2ks do you see around? how many civics do you see??

Its a FWD grocery getter, /story

do the same mods to a civic and S2k, and tell me something the civic does better??

you can build a quick civic for a hell of a lot cheaper then any S2K. does the ability to make a relatively quick car for very little $$$ make the civic a bad platform?

I can think of a better way to spend $400 than on an intake box.

Don't know how that got double posted but whatever. And I'm going to have to agree with slowica. Also, it seems to me that all the rice boys here ❤ rwd even though we live in a snowy shit hole but can't afford a nice car so they buy your standard doo doo brown FC rx7 paint it some retarded color or slap a turbo 3x too big for the motor on it and think its cool just because its rear wheel drive.
LOL because I know this will be taken way to seriously.

eh RWD will always be FTW lol. RX7s are sick cars and its not like any boosted honda would do any better in the winter. im not biased to one platform or the other though, i like all of the above lol

Again I agree with you, I'm not very biased at all I just think that its funny how riled up people get on here if you poke a little fun. They can all dish it but they can't take any in return.
