I disagree.... ACT makes a good product

when i had an ACT single disk, full face, HD it had no problem hooking for 1.5-1.6 60fts

i beat the piss out of it, you could slip it to the point where it would smoke, and yet not slip at all the instant after you quit slipping it and disengaged the clutch 100%

PP, FW, and the disk looked great when i took it apart the last time

              rx7-8.89@157mph
              12v dodge, twins

I wonder if it is defferrent for other apps.

other friends of mine told not to get it because they arent very forgiving to the transmission, and they lock-out a lot. I have yet to notice any signs of trans damage..but i have gotten lock-out quite a bit.

as far as slipping goes, i think it was just because it was hot. awd launches tend to give a beating to clutches, espically full face sing disks...or least as far as i have been told.

I am going to do a little test on it before do anything with it, because it stunk like burn clutch the whole drive home.
