I've seen it driving around town, probably late summer or early fall, so somebody must have a title..........unless.
Looked to be a nice car but it didn't look lowered when I saw it.

hey AJ, i have a good friends brother that is very interested in this car, im pretty sure he has cash money, but the only thing that concerns him is the whole title thing. is there anything that you can think of that could be done. either shoot me a pm and let me know what you think or just give me a call 701-261-6944

what you have to do in this situation is find out whoever had the vehicle titled in their name last and get them to file for a title. They do that then sign it over to you. I had to do this with a car i bought once. I did the whole thing over the phone, called the previous owner, he was really nice about it and got me another title.
