horrid hair band.

I'll go if something more pressing doesn't come up first. They aren't note-for-note perfect live, but they're still better than I am. And better than 99% of the rest of the shit out there.
Anyone that doesn't respect the guitar work in that band doesn't know what they're talking about.

If they play Through The Fire And Flames, then get off of the stage, then yes i will go.

Never heard of them.

Michael J. Fox + Gutar = Dragonforce.
I really like Dragon Force, but there definitely not a band you can listen to a lot unless your a hardcore progressive metal fan.
I didn't particularly care for there newest album though, it just didn't have the same feeling as Inhuman Rampage.
I still wouldn't mind going though, it's only two days before my birthday.

i agree on their new album -- its pretty forgettable. I have mp3s of all of their previous discs and inhuman rampage and the one before it (sonic firestorm?) are both pretty good.
for those too lazy to look it up-- dragonforce is a band dominated by its two shred-crazy guitarists, that got famous by being the final song in Guitar Hero 3.. the song is called "through the fire and the flames".
That actually isn't my favorite song of theirs.
i don't want to get into a cockfight about what band is what kind of genre, but i like a lot of stuff in the "metal" and "progressive" (dream theater, symphony x, blah blah) genres and i think dragonforce is great.
