Gangs will not last in fargo. Our PD shut one down before, and will do it again. My Uncle is the former Assistant Police Chief of Moorhead and he says that Gangs dont have a chance.

The only reason fargo 'prevents' gangs is because of their stupid rule about more than 4 people hanging out together...........Fargo never really had the problem in the first place, it was always Moorhead. Moorhead=tougher than Fargo. They breed pansies on that side.
