My friends problem.

So im trying to talk some sense into my friend who is arguing against me. I think im right and hes responsible for what he did, he says that he isnt and the other person is.

now the thing that happened: He was teaching a girl how to drive in HIS car, they drove around in a parking lot for 2 hours, she got comfortable, and HE took her out onto open roads after that and was driving around for a bit and she ended up bending his radiator, denting the quarter panel and splitting his front bumper, now the car is nothing special, just a 4-door chevy cavalier that he wants to modify and make totally badass...or do some kind of engine swaps....I think hes retarded for thinking its a fast car...but thats besides the point, point is, he threatened her to pay for the damages or hes got 4 people that will beat her up, im saying that he is stupid and its his fault anyway. Court of law would find him guilty and she wouldnt have to pay for the damages, thats what I think.
