here's some help...

1. remove everything from tranny that will keep you from being able to remove tranny from car
2. remove tranny from car
3. remove clutch assembly

To install clutch and transmission reverse removal procedure.

A clutch in a civic is fucking gravy...if you can't figure it out on your own you should maybe start thinking of a new hobby. Knitting perhaps.
