Eh, Ive had about 4 different tickets, all ND. ND doesn't let you go without warning pretty much ever.
but yea wish you could pay their tickets on the spot.

My response would have been: I don't think, I know. Be glad I even stopped for this ticket. Have a nice day.LOL LOL LOL
Awesome, I wish I would've said that.
Here is a stupid question though, I would win right? I have no idea what those cars have done to them. But I mean in long distance, I should be fine right lol?

You'd win, but you won't outrun a radio

Almost any european car beyond VWs with the 2.0 engine will outrun a garden variety police cruiser in the US. An R8 would decimate it.
But yeah -- running from the cops at this stage in your life/career is a non starter. The law in most places says that if the cop engages in a high speed chase and then hits someone else or himself runs off the road or has an accident, you are liable for his mistakes as well. So if you in your awesome car high tail it out of there, and the cop in the land yacht flips his car, kills himself, and t-bones a schoolbus full of amputee orphan nuns, you're going to get manslaughter [or worse] charges for all of the carnage.
In North Dakota any speeding ticket fewer than 2 points is non-reportable to your insurer. If you sign up for a new policy or othewise have to answer an insurer's question about speeding history, not disclosing it may be fraud, but if you are staying with the same carrier, a <=2 point ticket will never show up.

The police cars run like 15's...You have a 12.5 second car... and I'm sure top speed is higher then a cruiser.
But that's before they put down spike strips and have people waiting for you lol
Try 16.9 for the Impala in full gear, and around the same for the Crown Vics. The Chargers are obviously a different story because as far as I know they have the 5.7 liter, but probably in the mid 14s to 15s. The Crown Vics and Impalas I believe are limited at ~127 mph, not sure about the chargers.

how do u know, lollmao, 3 vehicle speed trap, American Boulevard right after 77, picked off by a bike cop. The worst part is I saw all the vehicles and I wasn't going as fast as they clocked me. Cop seemed like he was going to not give me a ticket, but then told me I was going 13 over and basically "too bad". I was late for work so didn't even argue.

Police cars here are only factory tuned. If you can do better than 180K they can't catch you, so they don't even try.
~Han~Had to get a F&F quote in there somewhere.
