this shit always happens to Matt. He helps "individual X" with their car, most of time for little to nothing in the way of payment. Then "individual X" says thanks, drives away, and Matt won't hear from them again until they need help again. In this case, "individual X" talked shit after he recieved cheap and or free help from Matt. In my opinion, Matt just needs to charge more.
