Free Home Theater Installation?!?!?

Ok....trying to break into the home theater market a bit more and am willing to do a home theater AND/OR distributed audio system at cost (zero profit for me) IF I can take pictures to use in brochures and fliers for advertisement, and allow a couple of local home builders the opportunity to see the work first hand (would like to be able to give them a live demo or two)
Willing to do up to this for up to 3 people, but am definitely looking for at least one 7.1 surround sound system and one distributed audio system.

I need a sub but I'll let you use pictures of my house.
My upstairs is completely sonance in wall & in ceiling, everything centralized/hidden, RF remote, nothing but a tv hanging on the wall. -
The sooner the better, but if you are looking at an elaborate system, I can push that out a while.
