I agree with your stand on this 100% Jim. I don't care if you hate Obama, don't be a fucking idiot and suggest that he be harmed/killed on a public forum. Doing that is stupid (and illegal as hell) for both the person doing it and the site operator (if he tolerates/allows it).

alright so why exactly did he get nominated? what exactly did he do? especially 2 weeks into his presidency. i just dont under stand why he got nominated and won.

Not entirely sure either. I think it was due to his vision/ideas of reducing conflict whenever possible.

yeah i think i read something about that. also another angle to look at is in order for him to carryout some of his "visions", and "plans", he needs to be re-elected in 2012, so maybe the obama administration was thinking that people will think "oh well he got the nobel peace prize, so he must of done something right, lets vote for him again". i mean lets face it, ALOT of people in the country i have no idea about politics and will beleive whatever you tell them. but i guess thats just my opinion, im sure someone else will shoot it down
