Yea I talked to my insurance company, Liability doesn't cover it though. And the homeowners doesn't cover it either. Instigator is yours all stock?

Update: I just got a call from the officer that was in charge of it and my car was in a high speed purusit tonight and " it went airborn several times causing damage to the bumper skins, and they havent caught the suspect due to him running but the dogs are out. " So I guess I gotta go to grand forks tommorrow and see what condition my car is in. thanks for all your help guys. Its good to know there is some moral support around here.

For sure charge him with Grand Theft Auto. You could try to sue him for the damages to your. However, I doubt he has money
