just checked my k/d ratio... im at 1.52... i dont really know what that means but im the highest within all my friends for the kills

Means on average you kill 1.52 people per every death...

You don't know what kill to death ratio means? You know what a ratio is right? In an online first person shooter a lifetime k/d around 1.5 isn't bad, if you come across someone who has 25,000 kills and a lifetime k/d better than 2 he's pretty good. I haven't played this online much but, so I'm sure I'm still negative, but in Halo 3 I was 1.5ish last I checked.

1.5 isn't bad... depends what you shoot and how you play. I sneak around and try knifing people all the time. My K/D is 1.6 or there abouts. A buddy of mine does nothing but snipe and he's at like 2.5 K/D halfway through prestige. If I'm above 1:1 on a match I'm happy, trying to get my lifetime closer to 2:1.
