the only place to speed is the hwy....but only with little traffic.
You mouthed off and you were prolly already given a break on a couple mph so he could have been threatening to give you those back....but idk just a theory....and in most states an officer cant go the same direction as the offender for 5 in so he prolly turned off cuz he had to then wanted to go that way anyways so he did after his time was up...bt again just a guess....i personaly find that if you cooperate with them and be nice they will be too, after all they are people too just trying to earn a living and keep the people safe in their community...sorry if there are typing mystakes my keyboard is wigging out -

You do realize that in Wisconsin you ARE required to pay the ticket on spot or go to jail right? They basically set it up as "bail" rather than a ticket. They are able to process credit cards on the road as well. If you speed in Wisconsin, you deserve a ticket, everyone knows that.
Also, based on the ticket you were given, you ALSO realize that cops generally have discretion to lower the ticket to whatever range they feel like giving you. They just write the ticket as the lower speed, so you cocking off is retarded. It's one thing to be a dick when you are definitely in the right, but you broke the law in both cases, you have NO leg to stand on legally. Don't think the cops don't realize that...if you aren't careful how you act they can make things A LOT worse for you.
