    Wanna put together a cheapish desktop for just some photo editing and storage. Would like a nice monitor for it at least. Let me know if you have any bargains goin on.

              good god settle down, the computer would only be used for editing and storing photos. im not a pro nor do i care to be. but my 14" lap top sucks for it so id like a decent sized screen.

                I've got an HP w2338h 23" 1080p widescreen as my primary monitor and I love it. I'd recommend it.

                    If you're using a computer for editing photos and care the least bit about color correction (by eye), you need to get a decent quality monitor. Trust me, I've got 3 'cheap monitors sitting next to each other and the color is nowhere near the same.
