Paddle shifters

Any way to convert a manual car to a paddle shift vehicle? Call me crazy and wild and idiotic but, I plan on going to UND for ATC (air traffic control) schooling and when thats all said and done I was planning on buying a high end sports car, Acura NSX, Dodge Viper...etc, but I highly doubt they make automatics for those. So I am trying to search around and find a way to convert a manual car to paddle shift due to me not being able to drive a stick.
Sorry if you think this is a waste and I will go nowhere with this, but the main question is: Can I convert a manual stick to paddle shift?

only choice you have is a twin clutch semi manual car like the R35 skyline. By then you will be able to get an automatic C6 vette for a decent price and would be about the best way to go. BTW I may have a turbo automatic for your z laying around if you are interested, just rebuilt

PM'd!
If it all comes down to it, I may have to try and teach myself how to work a manual. I figured I would just be able to find some kind of kit.

yes...m3...paddle shifters.

why not just adapt whatever auto car you have/want to a paddle shift.... with a standalone tranny controller and paddle shift assembly
i think a TCI setup for something like a 4l60 is like 1600 bucks
add this to their controller....

Lets see here...you're planning ahead 6 years in advance for a paddle shifter swap? Hmmm...Or was the reason for this thread was to be a bad ass and tell us you're getting a 'high-end sports car?'

If you could fucking read you can see that I said that the main question was not about some damn sports car, but more so towards getting paddle shifters installled.
