Electronic wiring diagram needed

So I am looking for a circuit that will make my third brake light pulse 3-6 times then stay solid. I did a google search and couldn't find what I am looking for. I guess I just need the name of the circuit or diagram. Any one have any ideas?

Is it one that you want to make or is it one that you know exists and just want to find on the internet?

I know a guy who made one but he is selling them for 40 bucks. I figured I could make one with a diagram just need to know what its called. So I know it exists.
