ND Tickets transfer to MN. Its a completely different system across the river. All tickets go on your record and affect insurance rates.This. No matter how small the ND tickets(I've gotten one for $10 and one for $15), they go on your MN record for whatever reason. I've had a few big ones in MN that didn't even show up, but I got dinged because of my $10 ND one that wasn't supposed to effect my insurance.

It's right by schumacher goodyear or whatever, just down a block.
And when I did my ride along like a year and a half ago my ND stop sign violation, no headlights displayed, loud party, and minor all showed up when the cop ran my info while we were in the car. Just because the cop doesn't talk about your past run ins with the law doesn't mean they don't know about them. EVERY single ND thing I have gotten was there in plain sight to both the cop and me when he ran my info.
