Bridge Channels 3%4 together and hook them up to the other voice coilSet gains EXACTLY the same on each (no higher than 2/3 of max...EVER) ...set Low Pass Filter to ~90hz
When i do what you said above it kicks my amp into protect once i turn the volume up and it ain't even loud....i am at like 1/3 gain.

Dual 2 ohm sub IIRC. The amp probably doesn't like being @ 2 ohm mono on that sub (they tend to stay pretty low in their impedance, especially the way that box is designed)...the Type R's you had before probably didn't run that low which is why they worked.....

Yeah and my Type R's i had in a parallel series.... Well this sub don't fit in the car anyways so if i sell it do you recommend me selling the amp to and buying all new again? Or should i keep the amp and just get 2 subs so i can use both the bridged channels? Cuz i will probably buy some 8's or 10's from you once i start working full time in a week.

do what you want man...its your stuff.

I'll hook you up should you decide to sell off and start over.

Yeah...I am going to sell all this stuff and start over fresh. It's always nice knowing your the original owner. Well after i get a couple paychecks in my wallet when school gets out (20th) i will hopefully be able to give you a a good grand, grand and a half or so. And we can figure out a really good setup to put in the stang.
