I was going to try to reflash it to an earlier version, but I don't think it'll stay on long enough for it to finish. It POSTs and then just starts booting Windows and it shuts down. I'll give it a shot though. I don't have many other options I guess. Thanks.

Thanks."The AA1 has a built-in BIOS recovery routine, which makes it possible to flash the BIOS even if it doesn't POST and the system doesn't boot anymore. It's meant for emergencies and is also known as crisis disk mode. Use at your own risk."
So what's the worst that can happen by reflashing it? It turns off? Just keep trying, it shouldn't take long, and also, you are reflashing the BIOS before the CPU even POSTS, so this is strictly BIOS related, before it even supplies the CPU with whatever setting its using.

Yeah I did that and so far it's working. I only used it for a couple minutes but I can tell it's running a lot cooler.

They don't sell the 8.9" one anymore, but I got it from Newegg. The 10.1" ones are cheaper than the smaller ones used to be.
