for strips the colors im looking to get are yellow/amber and red because im putting yellow behind my side mirrors tapping into blinkers and red for some added brake lights. you can get them on ebay for $1 and usually between $.80-$1.50 to ship them but like i said i would pay a buck or two more in person for satisfaction of knowing im not going to get ripped off.

Not to mention shipping is a good 14days or more

well according to my chart online, your car if it is infact a 95 civix ex that i was assuming, your dome light is a DE3157 and your Step/Courtesy light (which i think would mean door) and your trunk lights are all the same and the dome light that i have will work in all of those lighting positions, but your looking just for the dome light, then yes it will fit, you dont need to check i just did for you.

How wide of a pattern do these provide? Ive used 4led lights similar to these in my insrument cluster but there were poorly lit areas. I am looking for wide pattern leds to simulate the wider spread of an actual 194 bulb.

well i dont know of sure how wide of a pattern these put out but i know that they light up a license plate very bright. i havnt tried them in an insterment cluster so i would not know for sure. but if you are interested we could work something out.

Well my cluster uses only 3 bulbs total and if there's no peripheral pattern, it will show bad. Unfortunately, my car is parked for the year and it is kind of a pita to take out the cluster. I may have to hold out for bulbs I know will work. Thank you for your time.
