Congrats too him, good numbers, especially on that dyno, but can we stop making up dyno numbers, use the numbers from the dyno you ran on, no bullshit estimates or compensations. If you want higher numbers, go to that other dyno (this isn't directed at vanyo, everyone in general).

Maps DynoJetIt isn't a fact, it is an estimate, which is why it is stupid. Im just pointing out it is dumb to give dyno numbers from something you didn't run at, at least you put 350ish, some people will say it made XXX on a dyno they never ran on, sorry its just a pet peeve.
Do you say I ran a XX.XX at sea level or in colder weather, but I haven't gotten the chance to run there yet. It is understandable to clarify that it is a low reading dyno, but giving out numbers is dumb IMO.

Had an awesome weekend. Started off a little rocky but after the dyno it was smooth sailing. Very happy with the tuning. Car runs great and the motor seems to be very strong. Thanks toNick for the turbo kit and thanks to the guys at RS Motors. They did a great job. Also very helpful when in need. They ran to the parts store to grab a belt when my car ate one. And ran Macauley to get E-85 when our rig was MIA. BIR was a blast. Was only able to click off 11.9s and 12.0s on sat. First pass on Sun was 11.6. Didn't run anything slower than a 11.7 the rest of the day. Had no problems with the car what so ever. Best run was 11.622@122 bangin limiter in top of 4th. 1.748 60' Also made it to the semi finals in eliminations. Was neck and neck but after I hit limiter he got a car on me at the 1320:( Damn short ass B16 tranny. Gonna have to bump up the limiter to 9K and see if I can't shave off a .1 or .2

So your telling me its not a fact that a car on MAP's Dyno Jet wont make more power than on a RS's, or DB's?
Im pretty sure many ppl have proven my statement.. I made 522hp on DB's and in shootout mode it was @ 609. on the same boost level on a Dyno jet my car made 614 hp not 522.. Why would I want to say 522 when infact it made 614 @ 28psi -

Why would i want to say 522 when infact it made 614 @ 28psibecuase even that is a bogus number. Dynojets literally pull numbers out of their ass to get their readings. Its a tuning tool, its not an accurate measure of power. But of course everyone is going to go by their higher numbers.
Unless he actually runs his car on a dynojet you have no facts as to what his numbers would be on one. Its just a guess. Of course its going to read higher, thats what dynojets are good for. Being a bigger number doesnt make it more accurate.

Thank you, that is all that I was getting at.
Yes it will read higher on a dynojet, but you don't know what it will unless you run it. I personally am a fan of saying what I actually made on whatever dyno I actually ran on, no shootout mode or other compensations, estimates. But I guess if higher numbers are what people need, go for it, dynos at the end of the day are a tuning tool.
