100 car pile up

well from what I heard on the radio from a caller who was towards the front of it, a semi jackknifed across the interstate and a dozen or so cars stopped on the side of the road. Another semi jackknifed trying to stop behind the cars and a third semi hit that one.
Said a couple of the cars in the front group were hit.

Might have been 100 cars stopped amongst the carnage but I doubt they had to tow 100 cars off the interstate.

damn!...outside of harwood just before argusville exit, two semis off the road, one jacknifed...and multiple cars in the ditch. Was on my way home and saw it happen.

well i know from experiance about this, i drove right threw it shortly after it happend at just about noon going east for a job. it was extremely bad i had never seen anything like this before, looked like something right out of a movie, i didnt to snap any pic as i was trying to keep myself from not getting hit from behind as a semi jacknifed right behind me to stop. then when i got done with the job i was detoured threw mapelton on to county hwy 10. it was find for awhile untill there was another pile up on that road, we (the 30 or so cars that i could see) were stuck there for about 4 hours almost before we finally got moving at a steady pace (5 miles an hour). didnt get back to my shop till about 8:30. was a crazy night!!!
