got a new "home away from home"

I got it pulled into my driveway now, it's so big it looks ridiculous. The front part has a shower, toilet, kitchen, etc. There is a surprise lurking in the garage part, I'll take a pic of that tomorrow.

Holy crap!!! That thing looks nice. How does the truck handle that?

The truck does pretty well in the flat, but up long hills it's breathing pretty hard. Driving 67-68 mph we got a best of 10.7 mpg. In a nasty hilly stretch it got 8.8 mpg.

No doubt. I stopped on the scale by Wahpeton and the truck/trailer EMPTY weighs 21,040 lb.

i have been over 25k (livestock) with my 3/4 ton and it doesn't make the pickup look anything like that

I don't remember exact numbers but on the scale it had about 4000 on the front truck axle, 11,000 on the rear truck axle, and 6000 on the three trailer axles. Air bags are probably a good idea.

I don't think it's required, I think with the LQ the trailer can be classified as a RV.
