Teal Lambo w/ bronze wheels

Looked like a Gallardo, I only caught a brief glimpse of it over by Lewis & Clark Elementary School.
Anybody now anything about it or who drives it? Just curious because I've never seen it before.Edit: After looking at a few pics on the net it was more blue than teal.
