I'm skeptical about being volks...
Scatty ass wiring everywhere, engine bay, underdash, fenders, etc.
Different shades of paintIMO it'd have to be stripped down and completely redone (overall just really poor job on everything), also have a hard time believing that has 500hp...

Snapped wheel stud, part of the p/s fender is snapped off under the hood. To ghetto for me, to many unknowns.

This is exactly what I was going to say. It's going to take a LOT of work to clean that car up. The wiring alone is a huge mess.
