Wheels and Tires - new or lightly used

alright, i'm looking for a set of wheels and tires - new or lightly used. my first choice is black 18inch and i'm not sure what sized tires but the setup needs to fit my lowered Avenger. i will look at 17inch. my next choice is 18inch gunmetal and again, i will look at 17inch. now here's the thing. i can really only spend about $1000. i know, small price for what i'm looking for but i'm very limited on time and money. let me know if there's anything out there.
