it is really pathetic how we have such little trust in others that we must always lock our cars when they are parked. Everyone does it, im not saying we shouldnt. Im just saying that its really pathetic that we HAVE TO lock our doors. What kind of fucking world do we live in that we are afraid our cars might get broken into while we are inside of a store, so we lock our doors. I hate stupid fuckers that have to do stupid shit like break into cars.

oh, and no I dont lock my doors when on the highway unless im sleeping (in the passenger seat of course) because I dont want to accidentaly open the door while im asleep.

I kind of agree with that because it really just keeps the honest people honest. I think it's funny insurance won't cover stuff that is stolen from a vehicle if it was unlocked. Wouldn't it be cheaper to just replace the stolen shit and not the window too?

I don't lock the driver's door while I'm driving, but I always have the passenger door locked if I'm alone. I'm paranoid of some asshole jumping in. It's related to a bad experience years ago.

I don't lock my doors while I am driving. If someone is going to try and car-jack me without a weapon I am going to beat some ass. But...

No matter what when I get out of my car I always lock my doors even if I will be within eye-sight of my vehicle. I am just not a trusting person when it comes to people messing with my car.

my old car was locked one night and i awoke in the morn to find that someone busted out my back window and stole all my stereo equipment. i ALWAYS lock my door when i'm not in it, but i never do when i am in it.

i always have my doors locked when im not around my car, because i dont trust stupid people... but when im driving there unlocked.. got a manual so its not automatic locks plus its annoying when you stop and you try to open your door and its locked..

lol even if all my windows are down and sunroof is open and i leave it i'll lock it, i like security alarms that go off with the lift of a handle

Heh, im the same way. like when you get out and wash your car, its just a natural instinct that i always lock the doors if i get out. i gotta regather myself i i wanna keep it unlocked or else its goin to get locked.

unlocked but armed, I drive unlocked but I always have a knife handy, chances of survival are slim if you try to jack me, and I'm not above hitting reverse to drive over you a few more times when you're on the ground either, besides with my car, all I would have to do is shut it off, most people can't start it anyways, but I'd go for the violence

I lock my doors if I'm not in my car, even though it's sitting right now, cause people do steal shit.. even where I live, and I live in a pretty good neighborhood, there are alot of elderly people, but still.. Whoops I didn't see the question. No I don't lock them while driving. But even though I have a POS Mustang I still lock the doors and if someone is with me and they don't lock the door I yell at em

I dont lock my doors while driving exept when I am in some rougher parts of the cities, pretty much the same places you don't bump your system. no need to attract attention. And also I am with ya on the auto locks being annoying and pretty much the only way you can lock your keys in your car because the system goofed and locked when it wasn't sposed to.
