Fuck it, throw a rag in the gas tank! OK maybe a little too extreme, but still someone needs to be taut a lesson. As for the cops, "Fuck the police, fuck the police, Fuck."

one time i had a sticker the had Calvin pissing a a police badge and it said west frago police on it once, maybe we should have them made but saying piss on the cops!!!

I woulda just slit all 4 tires, bust up the headlights and brake lights, and knock off both side mirrors. If there still wasnt a smile on my face, even after all that, I would probably spiderweb the windshield to top it off....If someone so much as purposely puts a knick on my car, my rule is what goes around comes around....
Sorry to hear that happened Jim.....that whole thing just sounds way beyond fucked up....almost unreal.

sounds like you shoulda pushed the cop and keyed his squad car, because apparently it isn't illegal and he can't do anything about it.

An obvious racial situation....
-
If I can be the voice of reason here, vigilante antics will not help much and will probably put us all in a worse situation than we are in now.
I say call it a hate crime, charge the police officers will racial prejudice and get the ACLU up here.

I really don't think it's a racial issue. What did you want him to do about it? You have no proof they keyed your car, and as for the pushing, you could always file some assult charges, but they aren't going to take someone into jail for pushing. If you want, I can take a look at the scratches and see if I can buff them out. If I can't do it, the guys at SLD might be able to.

It was a bunch of hicks in a chevy van that wanted a little asian kid to move his vehicle before they rammed into it. Then they pushed him and keyed his vehicle. The scratches weren't in there before he ran inside but they were there after he went inside. It was the responsibility of the police officers to investigate further, they should have got the keys from the hillbillies that were in the room and checked for remnants of paint on the keys. In their failure to do so they did an incomplete investigation of an alleged crime. I can guarantee you that had it been a $80000 mercedes owned by a banker, doctor, etc... the cops would have handled the matter differently. Since they handled it the way they did I would have to assume it was because the individual did not appear to have the ability to press the issue through further legal means. Since this individual was also of a minority I am assuming that they made this judgement in part due to his ethnic background, therefore it would fall under a racial prejudice and the officers should be reprimanded accordingly. All of this could have been avoided had they treated Mr. Ross with the same type of respect and decency that you would treat a more well to do caucasion.

Paint transfer on the keys, Have them check it. it probably was racial, or "Rice"ial, I know you're not ricey but it could be. File assault charges, you probably can't get their names from the hotel, but the cops can, and you can Identify them, you do not need to wait to call, call now, If they swing at you or threaten in a way like that it is assault, if they actually touch you it's assault and battery, if you push an officer, that's what they would charge you with. Are there security camera's at the hotel? Ask to speak to the patrol supervisor, do not let this go away! THis is bullshit, I believe that we can all call to inquire about the situation and how it was handled, call the news stations, they may want a story. I'll call and ask for a comment about it.

im seeing an obvious problem with the fargo police dept. and its not just against people with imports or customized cars.
