      not much you can do for pliability, besides making relief cuts and reglassing.

        you can warm it up. I know when you mix the resin/hardener together, it gets warm and its easily bendable. Try heating it up, it will smell bad and probably be alittle messy, but I may work. Other than that, relief cuts and reglass as mentioned before.

            Only problem with heating it is that you are weakening the material. Yes, as it is curing it warms up, but you can't really uncure/re-cure something. Think about it like this analogy:

            If you make deer jerky (or beef jerky, whatever) you cure it by adding seasonings and salt, now while it is possible to resoak the jerky in water to remove the added flavors, no matter what you do it won't be the same as the raw meat and you'll never get it back to the jerky flavor it was before...even if you re-cure it. (bad analogy, I know, but I think you know what I'm getting at here)
