How fast will you be next summer?

I will be very very slow. I fully plan to come out to drags this year and autox though. You guys can have a good laugh at my ghetto gsx, but prepare to feel the pain at my lack of 2nd gear syncros!!

theres a tranny for sale for $125 that needs a new shift fork and another one that is unknown but shifts through fine manually for $200...get it fixed up

hrm, i might buy one of those from nick and try and rebuilt it... never rebuilt a tranny before but I have plenty of documentation to work with. anyone wanna help?

My goals:

Gold Civic: 400+ hp high 10's low 11's
weight 1890 with 8 pt cage... also have more lexan to add..

White Talon: 600+ hp + juice low 10's ??
weight:shooting for under 3000lbs keeping it mostly full interior
built auto with hi-stall
it made 485 hp on 23psi
also the goal is to have the fastest 4 cylinder around the area

If things go right ill swap a 3.8 series one Super Charged motor into my 92 grand am ill have 210+ horse in that compaired to 170ish that I have now. Plus I hope to have my 81 Monte Carlo finished it wont be fast but it will be a bit ballzy I have a edelbrock intake manafold and carb plus an ignition rebuild along with a repaint and restore of the interior.

The 3300 doesn't have 170ish hp. It was rated at 160 but that thing is a pooch. Don't waste your time with the Series I, go right for the Series II. You'll be much happier.

I say 170ish cause I have exaust and a CIA.

The reson I want to go with a series 1 is its a direct fit minus haveing to lenghin some hoses and a few wires. I might go with series 2 I have to see if there is anything more that has to be changed in the swap
