...........so where's the tard that started this thread??????? he quit posting awfully quick........is it inappropriate for me to ask Jim for a little IP checking, i may be wrong, but this seems a little fishy. We already did that a long time ago. It's coming from an AOL Dial Up Address

Krzydrftr93 its not dump to purchase it and sit on it, its business if it was not for Uniboner this like Steve for ROADSOUNDS said he would have sat on it for another year. Business is a cut throat opetation, I own a small Photography company here in Fargo and i do not shoot a digital camera because the qualities are shit. I shoot a medium format Mamiya 645 AFD way better quality then any digital. but we are not talking about be. and i could give a rats ass less of what anyone thinks of me.
I feel everyone that has no clue of whats going on should (((GTFO-------->>>>)))
And let Shane and Steve deal with this. and its up to either of the owners to tell their employees what is going on Exspecially on the Tintmaster sidePeace Unikue

I don't think that steve did anything wrong, He actually made a potentially smart buisness move. He obviously wasn't trying to screw shane over, he just saw an opportunity that Shane skipped on, and he jumped on it. Good move from a buisness standpoint in my book.

Hmm.. what ponders me is why this was actually brought up??? I highly doubt it's for a school project.. Some1's try'n to start drama IMO
and make TM look bad..

Sorry it took so long to reply...between the other thread and customers, it is hard to watch over every thread. Anyone can take shots at us, or our business.... It sucks being ontop, because there is always people trying to bring you down. tintmasters motorsports of Fargo, Grand Forks, Burnsville is a sole proprietorship business and is owned 100% by Shane Noble. It was created out of a garage in GF by Shane and has expanded into what it is today, the elite shop in Fargo/Moorhead. I don't know what all it takes to register a business or keep a business properly registered, but it would appear that someone wants to be apart of tintmasters so bad that they registered as us. I don't claim to be an attorney, but for your school report uniboner/unibomber tintmasters does not have a shop in minot, never has, and never will. We will leave Minot to Steve of Roadsounds. He does a good job with the Minot area.As far as that website.... we have the state looking into it, and obviously someone has noticed an error and is trying to take advantage of it. We are not concerned.
Tufte, sorry for taking a stab at you in the other thread. That was rude of me. You are a good guy at heart. See you at Hooligans tonight

maybe they think this is all just one big dream hahahaha

Funny how people with like no posts just came out of the woodwork magically on this thread.
-
Like pictures on the internet, words do get spread, I also noticed this. Whats even better is that atleast he posted something, unlike the amount of visitors that watch this site everyday. Funny how there is usualy more guest users than registered at most times of the day.
Current 30guest and 24 users are on the site as I posted this.
With that being said who knows whos watching the forums and decides to post at any given time.

yeah true i do read this shit every day but i have not said anything till now. I guess maybe I feel like i'm a part of this thread for some reason

There must be laws against this. What is their to stop me from finding businesses that havn't registered there name and registering it myself? I feel that if there is a business established then the name should belong to that business rather then if someone comes along and registers the name after the fact. That is the case here isn't it? Hell maybe i should find some businesses in the morning that havn't registered there name and register them myself. Then i will send out letters to those businesses stating that i own the name of there business and they either need to change it or pay me a a few $1000 dollars to release my ownership of the name. There isn't anything wrong with that is there?

There is NO laws against this. Basically comes down to you snooze you lose. First of all, if you're operating a business one would think that you would register your trade name with the state that you are operating in so that you do not have to worry about issues like this.
Common business sense says cover your ass.

In the state of North Dakota in order to function as a business you need two things. One is a Trade name Registered, this is so you are not owning a business that all ready is established for instance burger king or mcdonalds are all registered under their owners names or their companies, under the franchise corp. name. The second thing you as a company needs is a tax id number. this proves that you are a legit company. with out this you can not buy any thing at dealer cost because the company does not know if you are real or fake. As for the trade name it is good for 5 years and only cost (25.00) if you fail to reregister or pay your 25.00 to keep the company name in the owners name then it becomes public domain and anyone can buy it.
Good luck on trying to find other companies out there that are not registered...

Trade Name
A trade name is a name assumed by the sole proprietor that does not include:The surname of the individual proprietor; or
The first name and surname of the individual proprietor when a license is required to transact business.
According to North Dakota law, NDCC, Section 47-25-01, a sole proprietor may not engage in business using a trade name unless it is registered with the Secretary of State. To obtain a license or permit to operate a business, a sole proprietor must register the trade name with the Secretary of State. The registration of the trade name:
Affords exclusive right to that name in the State of North Dakota. No other business may file a name with the Secretary of State that is the same as, or deceptively similar, to any registered name.
Establishes a public record from which the name of the owner of the business can be identified. Why am I doing all of their work, do legal fee's apply????

I doubt neither tintmasters nor roadsounds will say anything in here due to the fact that this is a serious issue for tintmasters right now and this is pretty personal if you ask me. This is the kind of stuff you let your lawyer deal with not yourself bitching at others in a car forum or anywhere at all for the perspective(sp)Hey Shane or any tintmasters people:
You guys can go to SD and start up a shop if this falls thru. I hear there isnt a shop out in Rapid City yet and I could very well use you guys out there in a couple months

don't even pay income tax. You guys should really get on the "I'm not
paying income tax because it's not american program" I think shane still
has pamphlets around. Stop by TM and check it out. Jeez, a guy tries
to make a couple illegitimate bucks and everone rags on a guy. It's a

"employer" to the cleaners for a workers comp claim- BECAUSE THEY PROBABLY
DON't PAY IT.Maybe I'm just joking, it wouldn't be right to ACCUSE someone of
something on the internet. But it's just like TV, it just may be true.
