I was in Tae Kwon Do in Moorhead back in the day. Master Pat, our trainer, made us do knuckle push ups on them Gymnasium floors made of cement tile. he'd make us stay in the up position on our knuckles for like 2minutes....god it hurt like a mother fucker at the end.

I was in karate in 2nd grade. I remember doing knuckle push-ups too; I hated them! Never had to stay in the up position for 2 minutes tho.

its somethin like 3 exterior mods, 3 interior and i dunno about under the hood but their pretty quick. its definitley a show car club tho
