Damn it, noon is too early. I will be sleeping. j.k. So how should we run this kick ball thing? Should we have 4 captains who then picks teams or should we have pre set teams before we get there?

its a "drive your car there" bbq anyway not a "lets walk to this thing and bbq" kind of thing

Hot Dogs
Hamburgers
Buns
Paper Plates
Plastic Silverware
Pop
Chips
Salads
Condiments

Other things:
If anybody has those plastic baseball bases they could bring, that'd be good. Oh and a kickball.

It'd be great if somebody had a really really nice Digital Camera they could bring to take pictures this year...

Post up if you can think of other things needed...

I'm in. I'll bring a video camera, and whatever else is needed. I do have a grill that could be brought as well.

For the kickball teams, I think the best, and most fair way to do it, would be to just throw everyone's names in a hat, and then just pick them all out.

I'll be there. I shoot with a Nikkon D70...dunno if I am any good or not, but I could definitely snap some photos.
