I like the China King in WF in front of Menards, and King House as well.I have friends that work at a nearby business to China King, they have called the health department numerous times because the employees/owners have been spotted throwing out items that were spoiled/outdated when they knew a health inspector was coming, leaving said items in the dumpster until the health inspector leaves, and then digging the shit out of the dumpster afterwards and serving it (the do this with chicken quite a bit I am told)

I think everyone says that about every chinese place. -

I think everyone says that about every chinese place.Yeah, I normally hear that about all Chinese restaurants, but this was from someone I trust who actually witnessed it. I've eaten there and never gotten sick either but I refuse to go back now.

Good chinese food restaraunts are hard to find anywhere it seems.
There is a Great Wall in Little Falls, and if it is part of the same business group as the one you guys are talking about in Fargo, then I feel sorry for ya, since their food is terrible.
Some of the best restaraunts I have found are:
The Phoenix - St. Cloud : Mongolian Beef is my favorite plate, and these guys make it the best anywhere, hands down.
Happy Garden - West Metro (Mound & Excelsior) : Another great place, can't go wrong with anything you order from these guys, order something from here you'd normally order from your usual restaraunt, and you'll find these guys make it better and more flavorful
Saigons - Uptown Minneapolis : BEST EGGROLLS EVER, no idea where they get them, but they are "different" and it's worth going there just for those! This place is a vietnamese place, but it's still great, a wide array of very very good and unique dishes, though I think their quality is not what it was 10 years ago
If you like chinese food and are traveling through Minnesota, try your best to visit one of these places.
