I can truelly understand that things happen. but if you have a business to run, you can't just expected people to sit and wait, and wait, and wait, with no response, till finally after many phone calls and a threat to call the police, I get a phone call. I went an entire month after he said it would be shipped back to me, without one returned phone call.
Then, he turns the whole thing on me, saying I wasn't patient enough for my transmission, then labels me as a bad seller.
Horseshit!

This guy truely seems quite hard-headed!
The fact that he admits to having personal problems in his own life, pretty much shows that he isn't taking his job too serioulsy and put off a tranny to be built-up for awhile; any other person on that forum should be able to recognize that.. Using personal info. like that was quite a low-blow, and also posting up incorrect information about the sale of your tranny; and how he said it was broken, when you said it was in working order, just wanted it to be built up.. Guy kinda wanted to make something hard for ya..
Guy seems like a dousche..
but any bad public relations will probably make people think twice before going thru him; but from what I read you took it calmly, and after camaroz28 made a post no 1 else posted like it proved you had reliable back up as well.
Sooo... luckily all you are out is just shipping costs 1-way and not 2-way.. and other B.S., hopefully you find a way to go thru some1 else w/o any hassle.. -

i can see him trying to defend his position because of all his BS blah blah, "girlfriend dumped me, boo hoo" but then to spread your name addy,and say that your parts are bad, is way over the line, and its hard to belive he could keep any sort of business reputation with such immature actions.
