Standard 96 Camaro comes with the option of a supercharge module. U mount it right next to the throttle body up by the radiator. Yes it's a v6 since 1996 only came out with 5speed manual 3800 Series II.

And as far as I know there aren't any real fast cars in Grand Forks but I know there are a handful that would make a V6 Camaro look like an idiot for even trying...and when they come down here its the same scenario for them....
