So, the real question is... will one of the oem block/crank/head 6-cylinder cars still be atop the 1/4 mile list next year? Or will the big orange Ford chassis go rumbling by?

It should be interesting.Neither, the better question is how often will the n/a small bock beat the turbo fanboys! None of you guys can cut a light even if your life depends on it. Full tree, I will beat you every time. Ohhhh no pro tree stuff tho....

So you changed your mind?? Did you decide to go 2 stages or is there way too much V.O.C floating around in that head of yours.. With one stage I still got you with a .500 reaction time..:icon_porc:

Lol but painting is much funner without the mask, especially zinc primer.

Correct, I used to spray the entire frames, 2-3 full size bus frames a night. I would have to change my rubber boot covers every other day as they would get ridiculously heavy.

Seriously? There are MANY ways to lose at bracket racing:
Redlight = Lose
Too Fast = Lose
Too Slow = Lose
Slow Reaction = Lose (or potentially losing)
Car Breaks = LoseThe only ways to win are if you opponent does one of the above or if you manage to get to the finish line before the other guy without any of the above happening to you.
If I were tired of losing, I'd concentrate on making my car faster and say fuck bracket racing all together.

Ever been to a s/c event? Can you cut a .000 light? Most s/c cars are capable of running 7's and still make 170mph passes with 2-3 seconds on the throttle stop. Heads up racing is usually won by the team with the most money. How is that racing?
