Good luck, your pretty much wasting your time fighting the ticket if the cop shows to court your screwed, if he doesnt you won. Happened to me twice when i was younger and i got screwed both times (same situation cruising accused of racing)

call the city prosecutors office, talk to him, tell him its bogus, and you have witnesses that will show to court, tell him you wanna make a deal. Sometimes it works and he will deal with you.

nope i was accused and got a reckless driving ticket...(500) bucks and i won...but i got 60 buck ticket and 3 points...and 750 lawyer fee -
