Clean the back and front with prepsol/wax remover let dry. Wash with dawn and lots of ajax using a red scotchbrite pad. Spray promoter. Spray primer with flex, paint. Done.

If it was a convertable I think it is a guy from Perham, MN. It has some kind of shelby conversion on it. He lets his 17 year old son take it out quite a bit
