Yup...I'm going with new oil filter and the whole thing should be good to go.
Exercise: cardio workout to shed pounds. Weights to define/tone.
Diet: More protein less carbs. LOTS of water, minimal soft drinks.

Based on the screen name, you've probably figured out that I am with Corwin Customs. We are working towards not being just your typical "mudflaps and brush guards" aftermarket department that you normally find in automotive dealerships.
Instead we are going to expand upon that to provide a true aftermarket experience with top brands that you all are familiar with (Mugen, Spoon, Tein, Vortech, Precision Turbo, Garrett, Work, etc...)
As I stated before, we will be working on any vehicle that you may have, whether it be Honda, Toyota, Chrysler, Dodge, Scion, or even Subaru, Mitsubishi, Acura, Chevy, Ford, Mazda, etc. We will work to earn your business. Motor swaps are not beyond our scope of abilities either.
