gas or korn? ls1 intake or ls6? seen the fuel system thing done a whole buncha times, but why not boost reference it? 15 lbs on 370 in LS motor is a pile of power, 60s def wont cut it on korn with no boost reference... just my experience. The higher pressure you run on your pump, the faster it runs outta steam (exponentially) you probably know this, but fyi. If you are on gas, you wont get your fuel trims to settle on 60s at 65-70 base FP. If it is reference @ 58 it will work (50 psi @ idle) On E85 that set-up runs out about 560 (procharged, prob about 600+/- turbo)to the tire on a returnless. IIRC, that set-up is good for low 700s on gas.
the tune should NOT have to be compensated for because of the blend changing. The difference in AFR is minimal. I would suspect you have something else going on...

pop the cap off on the bottom of the wiper arm when they are off (and it parked position) and place the wiper where they are supposed to be and tighten the nut (13 mm i believe)

i haven't looked @ms software in years, but 4 bar resolution sucks, plain and simple. street cars with 4 and 5 bars do not have proper idle properties and drivabilty ESPECIALLY if you have camshafts or low vacuum @ idle scenarios. Baro correction is generally not needed on street cars, but it is ALWAYS in OEM calibrations and there is reasons for that. Most of the stand alone systems are pretty gross in how they work compared to an OEM quality PMC/ software. Yes, anything you can get will work, but there is many disadvantages to stand-alones in alot of cases.

i'd say you're probably still gonna need to jerk the head and investigate...
is it a 318/360 with a cracked head (between the valves)??? They leak coolant when running but won't show up on a compression test...
chrysler truck programming leaves ALOT to be desired, for sure in the hemi but not quite as much in the 4.7. It will be beneficial, although i don't know what is "worth it" to you. You will have a difference in drivability and power, but it is not "significant." We normally get $389 for the diablo (minimum advertised price) although if you call, i may be able to help you out a little more...
junk. i assume this is a 4.7L? Superchips has a module for that truck that works OK, and diablo (just today) released their HEMI programmers. I would suggest a jet chip for a dodge if you also had extra money to staple to a tree and piss on it.
