Just uploaded a few pics from when I stopped by Lamborghini Las Vegas a few years ago. One of those three white lp560-4's is actually Brian's like a month before he purchased it! We'll just assume it wasn't the two sitting outside in the rain. haha... Plenty of lambo's of course but they did have two veyron's and a ccx. The veyron pictured had a big sold sign

Most of the discussion is completely "inside" to me so I don't know whats going on anyways. That's why there is a bunch of shit-talking too since most people know each other so its not too big of a deal. Everyone gets some crap but everyone sends it out too so all is fair. ha
vbox isn't a good indicator... its pretty much the most straightforward and brutally honest view of your car's performance. It doesn't lie. Absolutely not bench racing.
Congrats on the new GTR! And vbox is the best of the best when it comes to tracking acceleration and speed. You guys are completely clueless if you question the accuracy. I would trust vbox results over anything else and putting up great vbox numbers on the street is even more impressive than at a prepped drag strip. Comparing vbox to some ipod app is absolutely ridiculous. All the major car magazines and websites use vbox for their performance numbers.
Where did your old GTR end up at? I've only seen a few out cruising but haven't gotten to see one up close yet. Once I graduate from college I'm definitely considering picking one up a few years down the line. The prices have dropped a bit and they'll definitely be a steal performance to price wise. There will just a difference between being able to buy one and being able to afford one. haha
*and i've wasted too much time on NAGTROC and a few exotic car forums as is... so I do know how accurate and trusted vbox results are.
Customer's Countach... waiting for some parts I guess. Apparently it has been sitting on someone's property for years and now has a few problems. Its definitely the real deal.

Yeah looks like the car is a mess of matte black, regular black, and 3m Carbon. Notice how the front bumper is a gloss color. I'm guessing they are just halfway through wrapping the whole car.
3m di noc carbon does come in a handful of colors too though. I have some white carbon fiber on the back of my macbook. Its a great looking/feeling material and fairly easy to work with.
Yeah is this at the Recon lot I'm guessing? We've got way too many used cars over there today so good thing its not tonight. haha

There is a guy who works at Innovis with a red Panamera that he drives every day. They've definitely grown on me... Not the greatest looking in pictures but the interiors are incredible and the overall look is pretty cool for what it is.

I know of someone local who may be interested in purchasing a GTR. Have you thought about a price or timeframe of when you'd like to move it? Or is this just something you plan on doing somewhere down the line? (a PM would be great if you don't want to post here)
Welcome aboard Chip! I don't post too often but just thought I'd let you know how awesome your cars are! I about fell over the day when you drove past in the GTR. I had no clue there was one in town and it definitely made my day. haha...

Gallardo SE's have black roofs and are in the previous bodystyle.

It was an absolutely incredible looking and sounding car. I was more than happy to be able to see it and its always cool to see some awesome cars around here.

I ran into a few articles when I was figuring out what the heck they were. And there have been issues with people using the plates on their exotic cars because then you don't need to register and pay taxes on the vehicle. NOT the same as dealer plates. That's far from what I am saying.
Can you admit that it looks a little fishy from my standpoint? Just EXTREMELY unusual to see a plate like that on a car like that. And you wouldn't be driving a "repair" car to walmart with your gf for "testing".

It was a plain white plate that simply says "repair" at the top and then Connecticut (or wherever he was from) on the bottom. I thought it was odd so I looked it up and found out that it is kind of the same thing as Dealer plates, but they are used a lot by people with expensive cars to dodge taxes.
Spotted a brand new black M6 at walmart of all places. Parked in the 3rd row. haha... The guy and his wife jumped in and took off right as I walked past. It sounded absolutely incredible when he started it up and pulled off.

EDIT: I'm a little less impressed after looking up some info on the unusual "repair plate" that he had... Basically he's abusing a loophole so he doesn't have to any taxes on his $100k car. Guess its just a doucher in a BMW.
