Hey Guys,

I have a wierd problem with my eclipse. At leased once every drive my car wants to drag ass. By that I mean when I accelerate something seems to be holding it back. Engine revs as normal, turbo spools and I get boost as normal. It kinda feels like im driving with a ebrake on...but im not. And the wierd thing is it comes and goes as it wants. I had this prob with 2 diff turbos and I have a newer engine that SLS put in this last winter so I dont think its those. Im thinking its a brake problem. What would cause this? Air in the lines? Caliper freezing up? I dunno....I would think if a caliper was freezing it the car would want to pull to one side...but it dosent. It just does not want to move all around. One more wierd thing...when this happens both turbos I have had on it have started to spool eariler in the RPM range....like 400-500 RPM eariler. More load on engine from resistance = faster spool? I dunno. Help please!

What condition is the turbo in? Mine took a crap and I need a new one ASAP.

If you do that would be perfect. How much would you be looking for and how soon will you be able to sell it? How is the shaft play?

Well my Big 16g bit the dust. The C Clamp that holds the Compressor housing decided to pop off and allowed the housing to move and hit the blades at 14psi+ so its rather fucked now. Looking for a 14b or small 16g. Lowest mileage possible. Thanks.

Check with the SLS crew they might have some just laying around.

Yeah i may have to buy a GC just for that game if it is all they say it will be. Alot of the zeldas have been shot at little kids sounds like this one will be more for us big kids. Dude....you could spend hours upon hours and still not beat Morrowind. I have it for 2 years before i actually got motivated to beat it. Wayyy to much crap you can do.

Ocarina of Time was badass too. Speaking of which they are coming out with another "Adultish" Zelda again soon.

Yeah i will say this MACs are better for art but Art Apps for PCs keep getting better and better, PCs are closing the gap. PCs always have been better at gaming and always will be. I have never been a Mac person but hey, to each thier own.

Bah my laptop is on order from Dell....bitoches. Should do pretty good, 2.8 P4 HT 64MB GeForce 5200, 512 Ram...should handle some decent games.

Actually I know almost all if not all credits will transfer from Moorhead Tech to any of the universitives. Thats why the made it a "State" shchool now instead of Northwest Tech....pretty much for that reason. Anyway I to go MSCTC No more Math or English for me!

If its boosting up to 12 then its prolly not the turbo, but it could be. Does it feel like the engine just shuts down...then it comes back...then shuts down again? If it does thats probably fuel cut. Cold can effect that, but so can a boost leak.

Also Jim awhile back i think you said something about running rich causing fuel cut. Maybe you didint....but I was under the impression Fuel Cut was the ECU seeing too much air flow through the MAS.

Im assuming hes making something so he can pressurize the system and locate where the leak is coming from. It usually is the piping but it may be something he cant see/tighten. Like a tiny hole in a lower pipe or something.
