Since my insurance covered it and i work at a Mazda dealership, i decided the best idea was to just have them do it. Plus then i can watch the progress on the whole ordeal.

Update:

Car is back together and running again as of wed. Just apparently not reliable driving yet. A few parts were ordered on wed and came in today. One of them was the wrong part so they overnighted the right part and they said it will be all set to take home tomorrow. Hopefully everything goes alright and i actually get it tomorrow.

i'd do it myself, but i would have no clue on putting the car back together. The "new" motor is on the ground with the tranny next to it atm. It would probably take me longer to get it all back together then the tech anyways. no matter what i have put into the vehicle, i have always had a tech at work do it or watch me so i do it right

its completely seized up. dont matter what shape that motor is in anymore. its already out of the car and junked. just waiting on a few parts to come in and for the tech to get back from vacation. earliest i will have it back and running is wed i believe

i still havent decided what im doing yet once the car is running again. I may have been a little hasty with my outburst. I've just been fed up with everyone at the dealership and everyone else that knows thinking that its fun to give me their .02 cents every fucking time they see me. Sure i expected to get shit for it. Sure i expected people to laugh, but its like every fucking time anyone opens their mouth its about something related to the car. Not to mention, i'm on the verge of losing my job cause i told a sales guy that if he said one more word to me i was going to run him over. As of right now, i am discussing with my dad(the title is in his name) about selling the car or buying a daily driver and him and i doing some fun stuff to the mazda.

No damage other then the engine so far. not sure yet tho since my car is still in pieces. waiting on a few parts to come in and the tech is on vacation till wed now. So once he gets everything together, we get to see if she will run and run correctly

Here is my opinion on the car scene and why its going in the shit hole. Its everyones attitude towards other people while we are standing around for 5 hours at Tintmasters. If you ever look around while everyones there, nobody stands in a huge group anymore and talks. everyone is standing in like 5-6 person groups away from other groups and talking shit about everyone else. Not to mention, half the time we out driving, a good amount of people in the group drive like fuckheads. As far as im concerned, im done with the fargo scene. My car is currently getting a new motor in it cause i made a bad judgement and i accepted the consequences. While my car is on the lift, its getting everything put back to stock ride height and stickers coming off. Keeping my exhaust and tint cause i actually like them. Fargo scene is dead and its everyones fault

not true anymore. Car has been payed off for 3 months now. Almost took off full coverage to save some money about 2 months ago but decided i'd rather spend the extra money every month to be safe.

oh wow. took you about 5 days to find out and come up with a comment that about 40 other people have said. dont you feel special. i dont care what anyone says. i underestimated the amount of water and shit happened. At least i was smart and had full coverage on the car so my insurance is paying for it all to get fixed. not to mention my insurance agent said it wont affect my payments at all. So fuck all of you who think you can be a smart ass and flame me about it if you want.

Shane, Syrie, Kyle, Megan, Ridinrails(Jon), sitn2lo, his fiance and myself were at applebees tonight having some fun. We all go outside and bullshit a little bit next to our cars when we see Paradise Audio suburban drive by. They ended up doing a U-turn and head our way. Shane, kyle and i decide we wanted to leave before shit happens(cause they never dissapoint on that). They tried blocking Kyle and Megan in the parking lot and kyle just drove around them while they got out and started yelling/running at Megan's car. Then the Paradise Audio nubs decide to pull up to sitn2lo and Jon and start saying shit. Sitn2lo proceeds to walk towards the suburban and then the paradise audio guy decided to pull a gun on him. They called the cops and by the time i got back to applebee's, there was a cop asking for id's and taking statements. We found out they caught them and arrested the guy for it but they never found the gun. So he gets to spend the nice weekend in jail. Just letting everyone know because they might be dumb enough to do it again. As far as i'm concerned, my car is staying where anyone can see if something happens to it and its going to be in the garage when im at home with the garage shut. If anyone see's or hears about them doing shit to anyones cars(especially the cars that were at applebee's tonight) please tell one of us and they will get in a lot more trouble.
