IF it was black rims and a painted carbon fiber hood minus the black stripe down the middle, then his name is Austin Ash and no, it's not an STI. It's a regular WRX with sti exterior styling and like turboback exhaust, intake, and other stuff I don't know of that he's done since I last talked to him.
