See I figured this was somebody askin if there was anyway to fix his 3 rings of death or whatever. If I was aware that you repaired them I wouldnt have posted in here. I dont have a problem gettin shit from people, I drive a honda it happens alot lol. Yeah I read the top of the page, and I replied with some info on possibly a quick and easy fix. Like I said I'm no genious with xbox's I was just goin off of what a buddy of mine told me and figured I'd share it (tryin to help) and I get flamed. I mean honestly whats the point of posting a thread sayin he has the 3 rings of death if your the only person thats suppose to chime it about it? Why doesnt he just send you a PM and thats that? im gonna ask him and let you guys now exactly what he said, cause i dont know shit about xbox's or gaming systems. But he does fix em for a living so im goin by what he told me. He mentioned it was some bolts get hot and causes it to overheat or somethin. Ill ask him tomorrow tho. As far as the "n00b" comment goes, yeah ill admit imma "n00b" to game systems but you act like cause i dont come on Fargo Street im new to forums or whatever, and if you do, you sir are an idiot!

I heard you can fix the red rings with just replacing some screws or bolts. Ill ask my buddy and see what he did to fix his.
