I would if i had the car in my possesion. I know where my cams are but i dont know where the hell the sensor is. Also it could be that my wires arent in order. And i cant find any diagram that tells me my firing order.

Alright.. I took the car back to the shop today and they are going to recheck everything. And i appreciate everything. Yea i could use all the help i can get with this thing.

Yes i had a friend to it he seemed to know what he was doing. He grouned it and connectet it to one of my plug wires.

On a related note I know the computers in them are terrible, they blow capacitors all the time. If you can find another computer from someone it wouldnt hurt swapping that out and seeing what that does. I hope you find the problem soon!

Are you talking about the ECU? Im on the 3000 GT forums and im pretty sure i can get one for cheap. But i dont even have the Chilton book on it yet so i dont really know where shit's at.

Its the non turbo 3.0 V6. I changed the three spark plugs that i could get to, the other ones are to hard to get to and the ones i pulled were platinums and they were good yet so thats not my problem. It has to be timing. Hell if it ran with a loose timing belt then it damn well should run with it "fixed". I forgot to mention i had them put in a new tensioner aswell which is the whole reason why it was loose in the first place.

No it doesnt rev all the way out smoothly. And im getting REALLY sick of using my e-brake since the damn thing is going out. Yea i will more than likely take it back and have them fix it. I will just tell them i had another mechanic look at it and that it has to be off a few. I just hate to have to call in and more than likely have to wait a few days before they can get to it again.

So i took the 3000 GT to the shop to get the timing belt done and when they were finished they call me and tell me that it didnt want to start. And so i go to pick it up the next day and it starts but only when i gas it. So i ask the mechanic what he thinks it might be and he tells me maybe bad wiring or something (nothing specific). So as i drive away i realize it doesnt have shit for power and i can only get my acceleration at half throttle. And when i use the foot break it drops RPM's and dies on me. So what ive been doing for the past few days is using the e-brake and reving it so it doesnt die every damn time i come to a stop. I had a buddy of mine check the timing with a timing gun and he says its off. And the shop told me when it didnt start they double checked everything and that it was all in time. I payed damn near 600 dollars to get it done. So if anyone has any other suggestions or ideas concerning what the problem might be please let me know. Im thinking about calling the shop and bitching about it because before i took the car in it would start and idle for me but with a loose belt. So my guess is that they didnt do the timing right. But if anyone has any suggestions let me know.

Yea the reason im pondering the idea is because IF i decide to do it i can fix it and sell it right away and i know im getting my money back because of how cheap im getting it for. Ill just say is less than 1g. No body damage anything just torn leather seats. It started right up and everything so. I just want to know if its a leak or needs a new resevor, or a new clutch all together or even bad lines. So like i said if anyone can help a guy out lemme know. Im going to check a few dealers to see how much they would give me for it before i go through with it though.

So I found a really good deal on a 3000gt and I am debating on whether it actually needs a new clutch or just needs some clutch fluid. I went and checked it out and the clutch has very little resistance but has some.So im basically asking for anyones help who might know a thing or two about it. Also if anyone is willing to come and take a look at it and figure out the problem i will give you TEN DOLLARS!!! lol but seriously if you have some time today and are willing to help out give me a call 701-337-6237. Also if it does need to be replaced i am looking for someone who could do it for cheap because Ive checked a few shops and they are asking around 750-1000 to fix it.

is that what they reported? if so thats cover up for sure he was seen racing a viper prior to the accident so you know he was driving like an ass.

Ive heard more positive things when you ride it like your going to. But as a new rider i would recommend that you dont push your limits and atleast wait until your comfortable to break it in the way you want until then take the safe route.
